From March through November of every year, Seminary Hill Farm welcomes a group of committed apprentices who gain valuable hands-on experience in sustainable farming. The apprentices plant, tend and harvest fruits , vegetables, and herbs that are enjoyed by members of the community through a 3-season CSA program, farmers markets and local restaurants. Apprentices are paid a stipend and provided meals and housing in individual apartments. They work 40-50 per weeks in the fields, hoop houses and caterpillar tunnels.
