Legislative Policy Research Intern

A Harvard Innovation Lab and MassChallenge Alumni startup has openings for full-time and part-time legislative policy research interns. The ACEA is fixing the way medical clinicians learn throughout their career and we’re looking for applicants who believe in our mission to improve the health care system.

  • Specifically, this internship is focused on researching current policy related to continuing education requirements for medical and other professional fields to translate complex policy (across all 50 states, nationally, and in cases internationally) into clear requirements for our customers.
  • This may also include preparing policy briefs, preparing for government relations, and communicating with public officials as part of a team.
  • We'd want you to work on and create new projects.
  • For this role, you MUST have excellent research and writing skills and be meticulous in ensuring accuracy in your work because accuracy is essential for this role where we translate requirements from public policy for our customers for compliance.

We take on interns for ANY start date on a rolling basis - we're flexible instead of fixed on certain cycles.
This is part-time or full-time, and we do internships all year long and every semester (including Summer).

We're looking for candidates who are fun, smart, and hard-working. If you’re interested in getting hands-on experience in policy and legislation in a tangible set of projects that create immediate impact for people who help save lives every day, this is the job for you.

Please write a brief one-paragraph email to kkahveci@aceaglobal.com describing what you can bring to the team and what you would like to get out of the experience.
