MealMe is the venture-backed technology startup creating the #1 food app.
In the short-term, we are 100% focused on creating the #1 food delivery app - we bring together all food delivery apps into MealMe for price and time comparisons, giving users a larger, cheaper, and faster selection than any other delivery app. We are about to release Checkout in MealMe, which will let users order on the fastest or cheapest service without needing any other account.
Our long-term focus is to build MealMe Chef, which will enable anyone to sell their meals from home. Without the overhead of a commercial kitchen, MealMe Chef will pass savings along to food delivery customers who will get the same restaurant-quality food delivered for half of the price.

We know that in order for a product to succeed it must be at least 10x better for the user than any other product. We know the circuitous approach is the only approach, so we always build products for niche markets first. We work day and night 365 days a year to achieve financial success that ordinary people, or ordinary companies, could never imagine. We aren’t afraid to make mistakes; we would rather try and fail than wonder what could’ve been. We know that our unmatched Determination, and that Determination alone, is more than enough to achieve anything we can dream of; we are, therefore, limited only by our ambition.
What we look for in all applicants:
- Will start their own successful technology company one day
- Wants to hold direct responsibility over their life’s success or failure
- Knows some things to be true that almost no one agrees with...yet
- Would rather make the rules than follow the rules - does not like being a cog in a big company / school / system
- Thinks they can accomplish anything, given enough time

- Has released software to the public that has seen traction in terms of users or revenue
- MealMe user, a Foodie, a chef, uses several food delivery services, or has domain expertise in the restaurant industry
Internship Information:
- Paid (Salaried) Internship
- Remote (Fall 2020) and in our Silicon Valley office (Spring, Summer 2020)
- 40 hours per week
- Usually 3 months, flexible start and end dates
- Autonomy on a project to make decisions
- Potential for full-time employment after completion of the internship
