Senior Programs Coordinator

Position Overview
Propeller is seeking an energetic and proactive professional to support Propeller’s Programs department, including the management of programmatic policies, logistics, processes, events, and calendars. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Entrepreneurship, the Senior Programs Coordinator will provide smooth execution of programmatic events, ensure high satisfaction of consultants, and deliver high-value add to alumni programming. This position will also work closely with fellow members of the Programs Team. 
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes 
Executive Mentor and Subject Matter Expert Programs
  • Recruit, retain, and engage paid consultants, especially in high priority areas, such as legal, accounting, bookkeeping, graphic design.
  • Recruit, retain, and engage Executive Mentors along with the management of Executive Mentor office hours for Impact Accelerator participants.
  • Timely and appropriate matching of Executive Mentors, paid consultants, and other resources to Impact Accelerator participants and Propeller Alumni with oversight to ensure projects are completed.
  • Oversight of consultant contracts to ensure accuracy in billable hours, scope of work, and payment.

Alumni Programs

  • Timely and satisfactory connection of Propeller Alumni with relevant resources including, but not limited to, consultants, Executive Mentors, and stakeholder meetings with high venture satisfaction.
  • Implementation of strategic plans for Alumni Programs, which includes, but is not limited to, alumni community building activities, management of Alumni Advisory Boards, venture showcase events, and facilitation of access to Propeller resources.
  • Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of partnership-based workshops.
Impact Accelerator
  • Manage program experience of assigned ventures and work closely with their Lead Mentors on tracking progress and delivering relevant resources to ensure stated goals are met.
  • Support in the management of data collection, analysis, and reporting on venture impact via monthly and annual impact surveys.
  • Positive stewardship of external partners and stakeholders through regular communication across departments to reach program deliverables.
  • Support on the execution of logistics including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, video conference setup, vendor coordination, catering coordination, and audio/visual equipment setup as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge + 0-2 years of experience.
Compensation: Salary starts at $47,080.00+ annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
