Semester: Fall 2020 (would ideally start in August)
Salary: $16/hour

Description:

Paid internship for the Admissions Digital Team at Harvard Business School for the Fall 2020 semester with potential to extend to the Spring 2021 semester. Expected weekly commitment is 10-15 hours/week.

Responsibilities include:

·        Managing the Admissions Instagram account, including owning the editorial calendar, posting, and social media analytics.
·        Designing graphics and ads for emails, paid advertising campaigns, social media, and the website.
·        Editing and publishing posts for the MBA Admissions blog.
·        Drafting and editing email communications.
·        Updating the external Admissions web pages and SEO.
·        Attending weekly digital and marketing team meetings.
·        Assisting with the closed captioning process for recorded webinars.

Requirements:

·        The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
·        Interest/prior experience in digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, website/SEO, and blogging.
·        Experience with graphic design – Adobe PhotoShop and Indesign expertise preferred.
·        Experience with website editing and content management platforms.
