Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Work directly with customers and internal teams to receive, process, and manage orders for assigned accounts
  • Manage order entry, shipping, and billing processes accurately and in accordance with department metrics
  • Coordinate order delivery and invoicing expectations with customers
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of product and services
  • Monitor and manage Order Delivery and Billing blocks
  • Provide product pricing and availability information to customers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer buyers 
  • Understand and monitor SAP reports
  • Prepare, review, and analyze various reporting data using Excel tools and functions (Pivot Tables, Macros, Vlookups, and other calculation functions)
  • Coordinate and lead process improvement projects with cross functional support teams
  • Review and report on monthly department performance to upper management
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation (departmental and account specific)
 
Qualifications: 
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience
  • Excellent communications, time management, and decision making skills  
  • Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to identify data trends and process inefficiencies
  • Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines
  • Ability to follow all documented work instructions
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite of products
  • SAP experience is preferred  
  • Familiarity with Ariba, SalesForce, Sharepoint, Netweaver, and Visio is a plus
