Customer Success Intern

Amusements parks are meant to be fun, not stressful! We launched TraKid in 2019 to keep parents connected to their kids, no matter where they are in the park. Now we need your help. TraKid is a start-up tech company based out of Raleigh, NC. We have invented (and patented) a great solution to a surprisingly common problem - an average of 50 kids per day are separated from their parents in 400 of the largest amusement parks across the world. We think our wearable and a simple mobile app (for parents and for the park) is an easy fix!

As the Customer Success Intern, you will be working with our Customer Success Manager, tech team and the growing sales and delivery team to sell this novel solution to parks everywhere. We have already closed our first major customer and we are ready for you to help us build and manage a support system to help our clients have the best experience! As a member of this entrepreneurial and results-oriented team, you will have a significant impact on executing TraKid’s commercial deployment.

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Work with a passionate team of like minded individuals driven to solve this problem for parents everywhere. 
  • Assist the delivery team to create and execute a method of installation for our product. 
  • Build and manage CSM software. 
  • Build a channel to send customer feedback to appropriate team members. 
  • Be a leader, a follower, a helper, and a mentor to everyone on the TraKid team. 
  • While we are typically in-office for meetings Tuesday - Thursday, we are flexible to allow you to get the job done on your own terms remotely.
