Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Yoga International is looking for a motivated and energetic bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support our members. Responsibilities:
  • The Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides quality professional customer service that consistently meets or exceeds both departmental standards of excellence and customer expectations.
  • The position is directly responsible for creating, maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis during sales and product inquiry transactions.
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding members through corrective steps.
  • Improves system performance by identifying and tracking bugs/problems; recommending changes.
  • Relays customer issues to management in a prioritized, efficient, and organized manner.
  • Provide customer service in English and Spanish and translate English support tools into Spanish.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Speaks English and Spanish fluently
  • Skilled at consistently providing outstanding written customer service, following through on responsibilities to customers ,and recovering from any errors made.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects and assignments accurately, despite a large workload, competing demands and a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at effectively assessing customer audience and adjusting the style and tone of written correspondence to match that of the customer.
  • Yoga experience is very helpful.
Actionables / Goals

  • Be able to effectively handle cancellation, refund, and past-due account requests within 2 months of hire date with little additional assistance.
