  • We support the Single-Family lines of business through marketing and communications campaigns and initiatives.
  • The specific teams include Marketing Strategy, Digital, Learning and Development, Client and Policy Communications, Research and Insights, Strategic Communications (including internal communications and content functions), Social Media, and Conferences and Events.
Your Impact:
  • Responsible for all aspects of prioritizing and coordinating division programs as well as supervising operational progress.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners who represent various divisions across the organization.
  • Build relationships and learn to connect with clients respectfully and collaboratively.
  • Work with the Marketing and Communications teams to identify process improvements and collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist with special projects, sometimes ad hoc, which require program management

Qualifications:
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • Graduation in December 2020 or May 2021 with availability to begin full time employment in our January 2021 or June 2021 cohort

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
