Administrative Coordinator I - OSHA Administration

Responsible for all OSHA FOIA requests: Acknowledges FOIA requests within 10 days of receipt; researches OSHA Express, microfiche or archived DVDs for information and records; organizes and redacts the files; completes cover letter, invoice and submits to management; provides information relative to the request to paralegals, attorneys, and members of the public; maintains FOIA spreadsheet; processes payments for FOIA requests. Maintains OSHA Compliance filing system: files new inspection reports, adds incoming information/documents to files; coordinates retrieval of files, microfiche or disks for staff to review, tracks custody of and catalogues all files. Assists in preparing compliance files for federal comprehensive audit. Ensures proper archiving of closed files: saves purged OSHA database files to disk; preps and discards paper files according to the retention schedule. Processes OSHA files for collection of outstanding penalty payments; submits list to appropriate personnel/agencies for collection. Performs other duties as may be assigned including, but not limited to, serving as back-up telephone receptionist for the OSHA Division, scanning legal case files, and processing penalty payments for OSHA citations.
