Entry Level Account Representative
All of our open positions are entry level which allows for advancement onto our management team. This involves working one on one sales based interaction with people on a daily basis as well as being cross trained in multiple areas of business management. Orakel Marketing concentrates on bringing our clients valuable new customers. Sales are the core of every single company and provide companies with growth, and it is our goal to help our clients hit their sales to achieve their growth targets. We are looking for individuals for our account management department who are self-motivated, self disciplined and like to be rewarded based on their performance. Those selected will gain experience not only in sales and marketing but also campaign management, advertising, human resources, and team development. To start, compensation will be based on commission with bonuses; the average annual commission in my office is between $45-$55k.
