Customer Success Shared Services Coordinator

Customer Success – Shared Services Coordinator (Part-time)
Customer Success support role.  Individual works under the direction of the Shared Services leadership as well as account managers and sales drivers. This is a part-time, hourly based role. Number of hours per week are based on business volume.

This role has the potential to turn into a permanent/full-time role depending on business volume and employee's success. Future opportunities to advance to project management, account management or related fields is also a possibility.
 
Reporting Relationships:
        Position reports to the Customer Success Shared Services Director for Referral and Billing Mgmt.
Direct Reports:
        No direct reports.
Major Responsibilities
        Enter Referrals into LHH Candidate Management System (Orbit)
        Manipulate data using excel; prepare worksheets for system upload
        Update, cancel, change status of records
        Interact with Customers and receive data (PO#s, etc.)
        Moving record through various status points – pending, active, billing, etc.
        Review invoices for errors or to validate billing compliance
        Manage international referrals and work directly with LHH staff globally
        Logistical coordination of group events
        Monitor and manage account email boxes; request queues
        Research social media to determine positive candidate outcomes and update system
        Compile basic account reporting

 
Required Experience/Characteristics
        Undergraduate degree required or in progress (HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Sales, or related field)
        3 years business experience
        Event planning / coordination experience
        Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
     Proficient in computer/data management skills including PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook
