Strategy Operations Analyst Intern

About Position
As a Strategy and Operations Consultant, you will formulate, execute, and manage the rollout of operational strategy, frameworks, tactics and processes for JDAFV and clients. This role requires a mix of business acumen, financial modeling, and ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis. You will be expected to own key business processes and will have regular exposure to the managing partner and senior level clients. 

Responsibilities
  • Guide leadership in complex, ambiguous business decisions through rigorous, insightful analysis and influential communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interface with client executive teams to advise them on new growth and operational improvement strategies
  • Assist managing partner in managing joint ventures and strategic partnerships
  • You will also use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior executives, and influence decisions by building consensus and mobilizing towards execution
  • Help manage the sales process to onboard new clients 
  • Manage and implement the efforts to design, test, and scale clients’ business models

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, primarily PowerPoint and Excel; and other modeling software used for regression analysis

Compensation
  • For each paying client, you will earn $12/hour
  • For each client you help to source for JADFV, you will receive a 7% commission each month on the client’s total gross monthly spend for up to 12 months, separate from your hourly rate
