JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a part-time, paid Fall Intern to support our Operations team, as well as help build, grow, and nurture our fast growing team and become the #1 place to work in DC! As a Talent Operations Intern, you’ll assist in scouting top-tier talent and identify new and creative ways to recruit, onboard, and retain this rockstar talent. Ideally, you will be available from early October to mid-December 2020 to work up to 15 hours a week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, challenging, results-driven, and fun!
  • Assist the Operations team in shaping and running Dcode's talent strategy – including supporting recruiting, onboarding, culture, engagement, and learning needs
  • Help plan and execute company-wide culture and community events
  • Coordinate and develop administrative processes to help the Operations team work effectively across teams

Qualifications

KEY SKILLS
You’ll learn something new every day in this role, and no two days will look exactly the same. We’ll teach you the ropes but ideal candidates will have some skills in the following areas:
  • Attention to detail and organization: You’ll support interview scheduling and developing materials for all incoming Dcoders – staying organized and being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously is key for success in this role.
  • Comfort with tech: Dcode is a tech-forward company. You’ll be expected to get up to speed on supporting technologies quickly and use them in your daily work (JazzHR, Google Suite, Monday.com, Zoom, Calendly, etc.)
  • Communications: You'll be working alongside a diverse group of employees and have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a true customer service orientation towards employees.
  • Passion for people and curiosity: You're driven by empowering others to succeed and have a strong belief in diversity, innovation, and making all employees feel welcome and included.
