2022 Summer Jobs/Paid Internships
Make a difference this summer by educating the next generation of Gentleman through Outdoor Education, coaching and positive role modeling. Camp Carolina is hiring for all departments (as either jobs or as paid Internships)-from Outdoor Trip Leaders (climbing, biking, wakeboarding, kayaking, fishing etc. etc. etc.!), to coaching (all sports, archery, riflery, fencing, arts, yoga, lifeguards etc) to office (marketing, admin) to kitchen to maintenance to leadership staff. What sets us apart?

- We offer up to 5 weeks of training based on your department. Wilderness First Responder, Archery, Lifeguard, whitewater kayaking (check out all out courses here
- Generous time off and use of equipment. We want our staff to be well rested and rejuvenated to provide the best summer for our campers. Spend your time off wakeboarding, kayaking, hiking and mountain biking (or relaxing at a mountain lake)
- Philosophy. We don't award our campers for being the best at a sport or activity. The only award they receive is for being a gentlemen and a good citizen of the camp community.
- Dedication to staff development-bi weekly evaluations and ongoing training. We want you to leave as a better youth development professional with more skills and tricks for the future!
