About the Role
The Ready team is looking to bring on a Staff Accountant to help manage the company’s daily accounting functions and monthly close processes.

What You'll Do
• Review AP report for prepaid additions and fixed assets
• Manage Prepaid Asset amortization and Fixed Asset amortization
• Reconcile all accounts regularly and as needed
• Assisting Accounting Manager in NetSuite integration
• Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
• Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree (required) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years relevant experience working in accounting, preferably with a high-growth company
• Interest in working in a healthcare startup
• Ability to take on new projects from start-to-finish with minimal guidance
• Possesses a proactive attitude with the desire to take initiative and be a team player
