Resource must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
This is an onsite job in Southbury, CT and onsite interview is required.
Job Description
Provide dedicated first level of monitoring support for all Client supported applications utilized by a specific client.
Provide dedicated second level application support for all Client supported applications utilized by a specific client and the client’s members.
Preferably working experience in a production support environment;
Problem Determination & Resolution skills.
Will work on Ticket Management system.
Familarity with Unix/Linux and windows.
Skills required :
Customer/Client support experience
Knowledge/Experience on Ticketing tool
Knowledge on Unix/Linux and windows.
