Human Resources Specialist

Our team consults with Federal agencies to enhance individual and organizational performance. We develop and implement USA Performance®, OPM's solution to automate performance management processes. We improve agency performance, execute solutions, and turn concepts into reality. Our environment is autonomous, our teams are collaborative.

The duties of the position will be performed under the direction of senior HR Specialists and project managers. This position may report to the USA Performance Account Management team or the Performance Management & Strategy team. Typical duties include:
  • Building relationships with external agencies to determine and meet their needs
  • Developing plans to address identified needs of client partners
  • Creating performance policies, guides, plans, and other documents to affect change in organizations
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to influence organizational culture, policies, and procedures
  • Identifying areas for improvements
  • Facilitating strategic planning sessions, trainings, team off sites, or focus groups
  • Helping to coordinate system requirements (identification, development) and ensure compliance with new and emerging HR policies
