Customer Support Specialist

PtEverywhere is a growing web and mobile app-based Clinical EMR company located in Raleigh, NC seeking a full-time, entry-level Customer Support Specialist. 
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
General position duties include but are not limited to:
·      Responding to electronic and phone support inquiries in a timely manner
·      Providing screen share customer training and troubleshooting as needed
·      Creating and uploading resource content for online Support Help Center
·      Communicating and collaborating with Technical, Sales, and Product Development team members as needed
·      Attending and participating in weekly staff meetings
 
QUALIFICATIONS
·      Bachelor’s degree
·      Competence with computer and mobile device technology in order to provide Tier 1-2 technical support to customers
·      Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
·      Ability to effectively de-escalate and problem solve customer issues
·      Clinical background and experience with EMR software systems preferred (but not necessary)
·      Ability to be self-directed and have a positive attitude
