Program Coordinator


Are you a great customer service representative ready to rise to the next leadership level? 

 
We are hiring a program coordinator to deliver excellent customer service at Raleigh DMV Raleigh Central Services. In this front line role, you will:
  • Assist customers registering of their vehicles in North Carolina.
  • Gain technical and administrative skills, and build an extensive knowledge of the NC General Statutes, policies and procedures related to the issuance of a North Carolina title and other credentials.
  • Issue official/special/personalized license plates, crash reports, dealer/salesman licenses and inventory
  • Provide customers with their driving or vehicle registration records following the Federal Privacy Act guidelines.
  • Manage your cash draw and accept payments for driving license penalties and/or fees.
 
What You Bring
  • Strong customer service experience with diverse customers explaining detailed information as it relates to laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Experience with a computer and web-based databases.
  • Ability to operate a calculator, printer, fax machine, and copier.
  • Experience entering data, compiling, summarizing & analyzing data.
  • Ability to explain & interpret policies, regulations, & programs
  • Able to balance your cash drawer.
 
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience.
