Our Summer Internship Program
An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. This Opportunity
The HR Operations team is seeking a summer intern to join us to work on identification and development of predictive workforce analytics surrounding the businesses and functions of the organization. In this role you will work closely with the Analytics and Data Management team to deliver defined Reporting & Analytics.
What You’ll Do
• Meet with key stakeholder to understand business needs to assist in identifying solutions.
• Work with collaborative team of HR, Reporting, and BT resources to define and plan development of analytics
• Become familiar with data architecture and identify data needs
• Develop and apply analytical and programming and excel skills to develop solutions
• Assist in developing predictive model to identify employees who have high probability of leaving
Your Skills & Expertise
• Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics and/or Human Resources
• Past internship experience or project work in data analysis, predictive programming (R or Python) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, slicers, charts, etc.)
• Knowledge or understanding of the CRO or Pharmaceutical Industry
