Management Trainee Program

Job Summary
After exceptional training, this position involves rotations into various departments within the organization for specific time periods, enabling the individual to learn multi-faceted aspects of the non-standard auto insurance industry in a fast-track program. Potential departments include but are not limited to first notice of loss; customer services; and various aspects of claims handling such as Liability, Material Damage, Personal Injury Protection, Casualty and Litigation.  Associates who excel in this program have the potential to advance into a management position in two years.

Mentorship Program
From your first day with AssuranceAmerica, you will be assigned a seasoned member of the team to help further your progression with us. Your mentor will work with you to help you reach your desired short-term goals. Whether it is a leadership role within Claims or looking at opportunities with other departments, your mentor will be a great resource for you! 

Job Responsibilities 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • ·Ability to read and interpret contracts, particularly insurance policies. 
  • Ability to communicate in a cohesive and clear manner verbally and in written correspondence with a variety of individuals including customers and attorneys.
  • Ability to provide above and beyond level of customer service.
  • Ability to review and analyze data from a variety of sources to identify and interpret trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Job Qualifications

Formal Education & Certification
Bachelor’s Degree required.
 
Skills & Competencies
  • Ambitious, diligent and self-driven with a strong work ethic and integrity. 
  • Excellent PC skills are required.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels within the organization.
