Job Position – Deskside Support Engineer
Location – Charleston, SC - Onsite
Job Type – Long Term W2 Contract(6 Months+)
Job Description:
Deskside Support Engineers.
1. Setting up/configuring laptops for new employees, Installing windows image on laptops
2. Setting up mobile devices for new VCC employees, troubleshooting issues with mobile devices
3. Upgrading Operating systems, applying patches
4. Installing softwares for users on their laptops, Troubleshooting issues with software installations etc
