The Call Center Representative position in Rockland is responsible for handling inbound customer calls and providing exceptional customer service. You will be handling calls regarding financial events statements, and basic account information. You will help manage duplicate tax forms, pin resets, website navigation and address changes. This is a first shift position, with both part time and full time hours available.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Great customer service skills are required
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and computers at once
- Great attention to detail as it pertains to data entry
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time
Hours:
- Full time or Part time available
- 1st Shift: 8:00/9:00 am - 5:00/6:00pm, M-F
- Part time candidates must commit to 20+ hours per week and 1-2 weeks of Full Time training
- Opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate
Benefits:
- Starting pay of $14.00/hour, increasing to $15.00/hour after 3 months
