Biostatistician Intern

PharPoint Research has a unique opportunity for a Statistician Intern to join our Biostatistics team. The student will work on real world clinical projects and studies with the opportunity to write statistical analysis plans, learn statistical programming and work with clients alongside the experts on our team. There will be direct shadowing opportunities with one of the founders of the organization. Hours are flexible, Monday-Friday, up to 25 hours per week.

Other responsibilities include:

·  Participate in the programming and validation of summary tables, data listings, and analysis datasets based on instructions received from other members of the Biostatistics and Statistical Programming section.

·  Participate in the generation and review of statistical documents such as TFL mock-ups, derived variable specifications, and sample size calculations and documentation.

·  Maintain positive working relationship with team members.

·  Communicate accurate and timely status updates to other project team members and department management.
