Investment Associate Analyst

Basic Purpose/Function:
This role provides support to TSW's Investment team for a term of three years. Candidates will learn the TSW investment process including investing in mispriced securities and thinking probablistically.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist portfolio managers and analysts with research needs that include: reading filings and transcripts, financial modeling, company specific research projects, and running calls and meeting with management and the sell-side.
  • Oversee investment-related reports
  • Prepare for CFA exams

Necessary Skill Set:
  • 2-4 years' worth of related experience (0-8 years will be considered)
  •  Undergraduate or graduate degree
  • Interest in investing and ability to think probabilistically
  • Strong work ethic, fluid intelligence, intellectual curiousity
