For: First-year MBAs

Organizational Description

Inspiring Capital (IC)’s mission is to guide people to meaningful lives. IC exists to give others the permission, invitations, tools, guidance, inspiration, and accountability that we all want and need to grow purposefully toward our wholehearted potential. So that, together, we can build healthier, fairer, more inclusive, equitable, just, and regenerative teams, organizations, societies, and economies.

IC is a certified B Corporation that offers learning and development services for professionals and organizations. We use a Fellowship approach, blending individual, peer, and expert learning, reflection, and practice to guide participants’ behavior change. IC Fellows report feeling more purposeful and motivated as a result of their learnings in our programs.

Our current team is small and mighty, and we are looking to expand our team by hiring a purpose-driven MBA as our Social Impact Marketing Intern for Spring 2021 (Mar-late May 2021; with the option to extend beyond). We’re looking for an empathetic, eager-to-learn, determined, energetic professional to translate over eight years of social impact fellowship and client experience into content that builds community. We're a certified B Corp (since 2013, and re-certified twice), which means that we are held to the highest standards of social and environmental performance. And Crain's named us 1 of 10 "socially responsible startups that are changing the way New York does business"!
