Patient Advisor
The advisor will be taking outbound and inbound phone calls, in supporting consumers through their transition from surgery to homecare self-support, post surgery.
We're supporting a Medical Device customer that is ranked in the World for Global Product in this category. They are located in the North Loop of Minneapolis with a brand new facility that offers a beautiful view of the river!
We are also open to bilingual Spanish speaking candidates!
Qualifications
- Looking for someone with great empathy skills
- Prioritization and focus- positively relate to consumers and willingness to support them through tough situations
- Looking for someone who wants to grow internally!
- Salesforce experience is a plus!
This will be a work from home role for the foreseeable future!
We are looking for candidates who are either located in Minnesota or willing to relocate!
