The ideal candidate will possess two years of substantial support experience. Knowledge of Windows 10 is preferred and experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with Avaya phones is a plus.

Responsibilities include install, troubleshoot, research and correct desktop application and hardware issues. Must be willing and able to move and install PCs as well as set up and take down equipment used for presentations. You will also have the responsibility to enter and update support requests in the ticketing system. Must possess the ability to interact with all levels of users in a demanding, fast-paced environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position will report to the Director of IT and salary is commensurate with experience.
