The daily grind includes:
- Cross-training on JEAR’s operations
- Performing check-calls, booking freight, scheduling appointments and negotiating rates
- Prospecting for customers and carriers
- Qualifying prospects and observing cold calls
- Independent projects
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Juniors entering their senior year actively enrolled in a 4-year BS/BA business or sales program at any university in the US
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to complete a 10-week program in Charleston, SC during the Summer of 2020
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales post-graduation
- Competitive by nature with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Coach-able attitude with a hunger to succeed
- Enthusiastic and energetic
