Join us as our new Process Engineer in Environmental Operations
As Process Engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing technical leadership in the environmental operations areas, including the wastewater treatment facility and residual solids handling system. You’ll act as a key driver for improvement projects and production environmental support.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Optimizing efficiency of the wastewater treatment plant, residual solids treatment system, equipment, and process control systems to ensure environmental permit compliance.
- Resolving process issues as needed.
- Complying with regulatory/NZ standards and addressing gaps.
- Suggesting and planning expansions and changes necessary to meet goals as required by management.
- Leading and/or sponsoring capital projects and following up on performance and completion.
- Driving improvements for the financial outlook of NZ through the use of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, schedule adherence, and statistical tools to control the process.
To succeed you must hold:
- BS in Engineering
- Strong communication skills to achieve key goals at local and global levels.
- Demonstrated experience promoting a working climate that provides winner mentality, ownership, creativity, openness, passion, and spark.
- Ability to move about in the processing areas and be able to climb stairs, ladders, and enter tanks. Must possess visual acuity and physical ability to support all functions of the job at all times.
