Web development Spring intern (static-site generated pages, data dashboards)
The Web development intern works with Basil Labs' core team on developing landing pages for Basil Labs' new products, leveraging static site generators (e.g. Jekyll), as well as data dashboards, which can be built with embedded Tableau dashboards in a static site or React/Vue (depending on intern's experience level).
Interns will be guided through using static site generators and UI/UX decision-making by the Basil Labs team. Interns will also be included in business strategy discussions regarding audience outreach — these discussions will be interesting for web development interns as it will bring everyone to the same table in aligning web development with business needs.
- This position is meant for self-starters with an interest in web development and startups.

Experience and skills:
- Experience building websites, familiarity with HTML + CSS + JS. Some experience with React/Vue helpful, but not needed.
- Strong critical thinking and an eye for design
- Able to work and learn independently and set/meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills
