Role Summary:
Join our Digital Electronics Group Internship Program! Students with interests in Software Development, System Engineering, Quality Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Project Management can gain broad exposure to varied areas to Electronics, Network Optimization & Logistics, Train Performance & Automation, Signaling/Construction Business Groups. Our Summer Internship Program encourages college students to explore their professional interests while working on larger business projects. Our program goal is to bring your book learning to life, give you an opportunity to see what job opportunities are possible and prepare each student for a potential full -time position when they graduate in one of our challenging leadership programs or direct hire roles.
Experienced leaders mentor students and support their technical and professional development during internships. In addition to valuable work experience, students have the opportunity to build leadership and functional skills through management exposure, training, resume writing, presentation skills, communicating in the workplace, interviewing skills, and other selected topics.

Minimum Qualifications:
·        Must have completed at least one year of college (Rising Sophomore)
·        Must be enrolled in an accredited engineering degree program, OR be enrolled in an accredited technical Associates program


·        Must have and maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale after completing full year of college (or equivalent) no rounding
·        Some assignments could require moderate travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
·        Preference will be given to students pursuing the following degrees: Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, System Engineering & Industrial Engineering. Additional degrees may be considered including Technical Associates Degrees.
·        Strong experience in Programming languages, such as NET environments, using C, C++, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.
·        Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and in teams
·        Demonstrated experience in leadership roles
·        Technical aptitude, critical thinking and ability to problem solve
·        Strong communication & interpersonal skills
·        Able to work for a minimum of 12 weeks
