Sales Support Intern

Job Description

Are you passionate about gaining experience in sales and working within a dynamic team? We are looking for a Sales Support Intern that is ready to dive in and make an impact while gaining important skills along the way! This role will work closely with the sales team to set appointments in a high-volume phone sales environment. 
This is a full-time 8-12 week internship that is remote eligible.
Job Duties
  • Execute high volume appointment setting for the sales team
  • Make upwards of 100 calls/day using effective call scripts and techniques
  • Communicate with teams on progress updates and strategize when presented with challenges and roadblocks
  • Utilize Netsuite for pipeline management, including completing tasks, creating and ensuring updated opportunities status at all times for 100% of prospects
  • Leverage available reporting tools to identify and prioritize prospects and outreach strategies
