Jr. Business Development Professional

This role is designed to be responsible for supporting the end-to-end client sales process including the following:
 
Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities using sales tools, social media, personal networking, and established relationships
  • Supporting new client engagement and service delivery opportunities
  • Work with recruiting team to qualify resources and close sales cycles
  • Work with senior team members for continuous service improvement in expanding our services footprint
  • Delivering exceptional service and cultivating long-term client relationships.
  • Positioning company and related services as a trusted partner
 
Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in marketing or recruiting (IT Professional Services preferred) 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to foster relationships and gain trust of new and existing clients
  • High energy, performance-oriented, self-starter who takes initiative
  • Close attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
  • Knowledge of lead generation and productivity tools is a plus
