Description

As a Campaign and Quality Assurance Associate, you will scope, build, test and launch basic standard email campaigns and interactive programs. You will be effective at gathering detailed customer requirements in order to build professional, error-free campaigns according to specifications. In this role, you will develop a solid understanding of email marketing, digital marketing, and Saas based technology.

To get you ready for this role, you will complete a multi-week training program focused on honing your consulting skills and supporting mastery of our Saas platforms that support campaign design and implementation. Upon completion of the program, you will be staffed in a billable or shadow assignment on a customer engagement, where you will continue to develop your expertise in a day to day client-facing role.

The Campaign and Quality Assurance Associate role is both challenging and rewarding. What You’ll Do

In-Market (Delivery Success) 
  • Participate in a supporting role to deliver white glove service through product expertise, delivery excellence, while having a strong customer focus. 
  • Provide day to day Client support for all campaign related support activities by seeking direction from leadership and escalating issues as required. 
  • Develop understanding of how to scope, build, test and launch basic standard email campaigns and interactive programs on-time, on-budget and error free. 
  • Take direction from senior team members and management to ensure all campaign tasks are executed applying Oracles predefined campaign processes designed to deliver high quality campaigns and timely deployments. 
  • Provide ongoing Client and internal account summary, project status, and ad-hoc reporting as applicable. 
  • Work directly with our extended campaign team and cross-functional stakeholders to help drive campaign services best practices. 
  • Contribute to maintaining Client documentation across all assigned work.

Practice Development (Value Creation) 
  • Participate in working closely with Oracle Customers, Client partners, and internal stakeholders on overall campaign execution strategy.

People Development 
  • Participate in training to develop an understanding of Oracle products and how we deliver full service marketing campaign execution support to our Oracle clients.

Professional Development 
  • Participate in training to develop an understanding of Oracle's products, implementation methodology, functional business processes, and industry acumen 
  • Continually grow product/functional knowledge through training/certification 
  • Shadow resources to learn how to manage and elevate client experience 
  • Actively solicit, receive, and implement constructive feedback from supervisors and peers
  • Participate in internal Oracle calls, webcasts, and events to better understand the strategic priorities of the company

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications 
  • GPA of 3.2+ preferred 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience 
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher level understanding of role, processes, and procedures 
  • Ability to work and collaborate within a team setting 
  • Self-starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport 
  • Previous internship or job experience preferred 
  • Experience with packaged software is strongly preferred 
  • Ability to travel 100% to client sites
