ABC Truss, a Division of USLBM Is Seeking an Operations Supervisor for Our Chetek, WI Location. ABC Truss has a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor position available. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking, dedicated and continuous improvement-minded leader for an opportunity to impact the performance of an already solid company.

How you will spend your day as an Operations Supervisor:
- Supervise and coordinate the day to day operations
- Communicate across all levels of the organization to ensure an empowered successful team
- Manage the workforce to achieve productive goals and performance standards
- Assist in physical inventory of materials and supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained
- Oversee all work activities of functional area
- Establishes work schedule and develop cost effective plan to meet operational goals
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups
- Maintain equipment and machinery
- Prepare and verify reports as applicable

Operations Supervisor Requirements:
- Education. High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience. 2 years of experience supervising workers and work groups
- Physical. Regularly lifting 50 lbs and frequently up to 100 lbs
- Special Skills. Must have a good understanding of OSHA requirements
- Other. Ability to work in extreme weather condition
- Teamwork. Ability to work as a team and help motivate others.
- Excellence. Must have an excellent attendance history with a work ethic to match.
