The Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Intern will support Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives at LiveRamp. The DIB intern role is aligned to support the Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, but will interact with the People & Culture team broadly in support of LiveRamp’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging objectives. 

You will: 
  • Support Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging with planning and execution of programs
  • Provide support which may include analysis of data, initiating and driving learning and programs, streamlining processes, and generating reports
  • Assist in the development of outreach strategies for community engagement ● Research and engagement with partners to plan and/or support diversity programs and events
  • Work in partnership with Talent Enablement and business partners in the development of action-oriented programs for underrepresented groups
  • Special projects and ancillary duties as assigned.

About you: 
  • Qualified candidates will be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, HR, Analytics or a related major. Students must be returning to school following the internship.
