The Ida B. Wells Society for Investigative Reporting is seeking a detail-oriented, self-starting student to join our team this summer for a paid internship.
The IBWS summer internship program is open to rising juniors and seniors (non-graduating) of UNC-Chapel Hill who are interested in the Society’s mission of advancing journalists of color in the field of investigative reporting. Students from historically underrepresented communities are encouraged to apply. Eligible students must be members of the Ida B. Wells Society (membership is free and simple.)
