Community Support Intern - Fall - Wilmington

The Community Support Intern performs a variety of tasks to assist the users and operations of nCino Community, a private 40,000-member online platform for user training, documentation, and collaboration. This role will interact with users daily by providing access, answering questions, and diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

As an intern, you will be part of a high performing and innovative company that is passionate about problem solving, technology, and product development.

 
 Potential Responsibilities:

  • Support the nCino Community platform by monitoring for requests
  • Manage the process of new user creation
  • Troubleshoot common platform issues and provide resolutions
  • Provide password resets for nCino Community users
  • Communicate directly with customers via email to provide assistance
  • Actively analyze business and department processes to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records
  • Analyze data to uncover new insights surrounding overall user behaviors and areas for improvement
  • Assist in related projects surrounding nCino Community as needed
  • Attend meetings, company functions, and networking events
  • Collaborate and commit to work as a team
  • Participate in department processes
  • Passionate about problem solving, technology, and customer service
  • Learn the business of the department
  • Be a great intern—carry your load, help out, be flexible, and adapt easily
Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented individual with technical acumen
  • Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • General business knowledge
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner
  • Ability to work on group projects as well as independent thinking and proactive initiatives
 
Desired:

  • Currently enrolled at a college or university with a concentration in information systems, business, analytics, or a related field, or a combination of education, experience, and superior performance
  • Experience creating, supporting, or managing an online platform
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
