Junior Consultant Intern - Sia Partners 2022 Summer Internship

ABOUT OUR SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

At Sia Partners, you will never stop learning. By joining our 2022 Summer Internship Program, you will be a part of a culture where our values of excellence, entrepreneurship, innovation, teamwork, care and support, and employee wellbeing are at the forefront of everything we do. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will have the opportunity to gain a variety of skills and work alongside subject matter experts. Through this experience, you will gain the knowledge and tools to empower you to pursue a successful career in management consulting.

The goal of the program is to provide an opportunity to experience life as a Junior Consultant with our firm. This could mean work through all stages of the consulting life cycle from business requirements to presenting results and implementation. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to experience what it is like to be on our bench (non billable time) and support internal initiatives such as drafting business proposals, preparing pitch decks, and other client or marketing materials and intellectual property. 
 
Throughout the program, you will have access to our leadership teams across the US and support our Partners. With mentors and client delivery guidance, there are countless resources that help ensure your participation and success. We also hold weekly engagement events and coffee chats which allow the cohort to get to know each other and build a community that lasts well beyond the 10 weeks.

  • Academic successes

  • Ability to articulate clearly and effectively
  • Leadership inside and/or outside the classroom
  • Passion for learning
  • Currently a Junior pursuing a bachelor’s from an accredited institution 
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable learning new technology (Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
