Receptionist/Office Manager

Role Description

We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Manager to join our fast-growing team!   • Arrange catering orders and assist with company event planning
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and restock all office and pantry supplies
  • Greet visitors and manage conference room bookings
  • Handle inbound and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate FedEX shipments including pickups, drop-offs, etc.
  • Schedule/ Coordinate Zoom meetings for all teams throughout the firm
  • Liaise with external vendors, building management and internal employees across all levels
  • Resolve/escalate office maintenance issues
  • Order business cards, company swag and building ID badges
  • Collaborate with all departments and assist with ad hoc projects
  • Manage Seamless Account, lunch orders, delivery of lunches


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Skills that will reflect favorably

  • Previous HR or Office Management Experience
  • Experience working as a receptionist or at a front desk
  • Experience using DocuSign, Zoom, Joan
