- Arrange catering orders and assist with company event planning
- Manage inventory, place orders, and restock all office and pantry supplies
- Greet visitors and manage conference room bookings
- Handle inbound and outgoing mail
- Coordinate FedEX shipments including pickups, drop-offs, etc.
- Schedule/ Coordinate Zoom meetings for all teams throughout the firm
- Liaise with external vendors, building management and internal employees across all levels
- Resolve/escalate office maintenance issues
- Order business cards, company swag and building ID badges
- Collaborate with all departments and assist with ad hoc projects
- Manage Seamless Account, lunch orders, delivery of lunches
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills that will reflect favorably
- Previous HR or Office Management Experience
- Experience working as a receptionist or at a front desk
- Experience using DocuSign, Zoom, Joan
