Real Estate Private Equity Intern

Clairmont Capital Group, LLC (“CCG”) is a real estate private equity firm focused primarily on Co-GP equity investments in the United States and Europe. CCG primarily invests in recession resistant assets such as multifamily, industrial, and single-family residential, alongside leading sponsors and institutional investors.  
 
To date, CCG has deployed over $100 million in equity and has achieved outsized risk-adjusted returns. CCG is currently launching its Fund IV vehicle, targeted to raise $150 to $200 million of equity. Additionally, CCG continues to expand and create new product lines while continuing to build its AUM business. 
 
Position: 
 
CCG is seeking an analyst to join the firm in an internship capacity for Fall 2021 (ten-week period). Our investment strategy requires us to evaluate opportunities and individual deals across a variety of sectors and capital structures. The analyst will work with a small team of professionals and support them with ad hoc administrative tasks, business development materials, asset management reports and Investment Committee “Green Light Memorandums.”  
 
Candidates should possess relevant work experience such as in wealth management, investment banking, private equity, or real estate. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail oriented, and capable of navigating through the Microsoft Office suite. Additionally, the analyst will support the CCG team regarding supplemental analytics and data research requests.  
 
Qualifications / Requirements: 
 
  • Academic background from a top tier university  
  • Possess excellent analytical and communication skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite  
  • Personal qualities of integrity, candor, and credibility 
  • Proactive individual with high energy that is used to working independently within a fast-moving environment driven by market events and deadlines
