Job Description
Accolade is looking to hire a current senior (Class of 2022) to join the Firm as an Investment Analyst. Candidates must have exceptional and relevant internship experience in investment management, consulting, or financial services. The investment analyst will be a member of the investment team who evaluates both fund and direct investments. Analysts will provide critical support throughout the investment process, with responsibilities that include quantitative due diligence of new investments, monitoring and tracking Accolade’s existing portfolio, producing marketing materials, as well as assisting with firm operations.
 
Accolade is a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment. Analysts are expected to maintain a high level of quality, accuracy and attention to detail in their deliverables. Promising candidates will possess superior analytical capabilities, a thorough understanding of financial statements and a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Qualifications
  • Strong academic track record
  • Demonstrated interest in a broad variety of venture investment sectors such as software, fintech, consumer, healthcare, frontier technologies, blockchain etc.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to take on wide-ranging responsibilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills
  • “Roll-up the sleeves,” can-do, team-oriented personality
 
The position is a minimum two-year commitment. Exceptional performers may be considered for a third year.
