Summer 2022 Internship - Fast Track Investigation Adjuster (REMOTE)
As a Fast Track Claims Adjuster Intern you will experience and develops multiple skills and activities required of a full time Claim Adjuster. You will participates in required training activities and learn investigation and settlement techniques. Learn and develop an understanding of corporate procedures and philosophies. A claim adjuster investigates and maintains property/casualty claims. Determines liability, secures information, reviews coverages, arranges appraisals, and settles claims. Successful claims professionals will blend a toolbox of technical expertise with finely honed soft skills to launch their careers and drive their companies to success and we are ready to give you this great opportunity today!
This is a full time opportunity 40 hours a week for the summer of 2022, with the potential to keep you on part time and hire in a full time role if all criteria is met.
Primary Accountabilities and Preferred Skills:
- Analytical skills to evaluate if it is required to pay the claim. Claims Adjusters must consider multiple pieces of information to carefully make a decision.
- Exceptional Communication skills in order to gather information from individuals, including medical experts, claimants and witnesses.
