DY Private Wealth Social Media/ Business Administrator

 
DY Private Wealth is looking for a skilled creative and goal oriented social media/admin intern to assist our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s success.
This is a 6-month position, fully remote, with flexible hours, Monday-Friday, and averages 20 hours per week. Applicants will receive a bonus upon completion of the internship and an opportunity for this position to become a full-time role after 6 months.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
·      Design and execute social media campaigns
·      Create content calendar: weekly and monthly to promote company initiatives over our platforms
·      Increase the number of followers we have and engage with potential clients’
·      Conduct a competitive and social strategy audit: track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns
·      Increase the number of followers we have on Instagram by following and engaging with potential clients
·      Monitor and reply to Direct Messages from potential clients and offer client support
·      Build Instagram & Facebook ‘likes’ and 'follows' by approaching potential clients and candidates through other social media channels and email marketing campaigns
·      Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Create, manage, and send email correspondence templates, and letters
  • Answer and redirect phone calls, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Handle queries from clients, managers, and employees
  • Create, maintain, and update client profile/records and databases with personal, financial and other data
  • Book, attend meetings, and take meeting notes
  • Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Create training guides for other interns
Seeking professional, detailed oriented and skilled interns. The role will be to assist the DY Private Wealth Team in the following objectives:

 
Requirements and Qualifications:
A successful Social Media/Admin Intern candidate will have diverse educational qualifications and technical skills to deliver on the job. These include: 
·      Associates’/Bachelor’s degree in digital communications, marketing, journalism, or business administration
·      1+ years’ experience in digital marketing/social media marketing
·      1+ years’ experience in administrative support/executive assistant
·      Juniors or seniors with relevant coursework or prior internship may apply
·      Proficient knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, and office management software
·      Impeccable oral and written communication skills
·      Excellent internet research skills
·      Mastery of the major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and Google+
·      Excellent customer service skills
·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
·      Organization skills and detail oriented

Students will learn/improve 5 important skills:
·      Time Management:
Interns are responsible for following in-office schedules, attending strategy meetings, weekly reflections, and completing assigned objectives. Interns will have to be able to effectively manage their time to have success in the position.
·      Relationship Building:
Interns will be asked to work with other staff members, internal and external clients, and vendors to complete a project.
·      Marketing Knowledge:
Interns will learn the difficulties, obstacles, and the importance of marketing.
·      Industry Knowledge:
Interns will have the opportunity to learn several wealth building strategies and the importance of diversification
·      Communication Skills:
Interns will learn how to effectively communicate with work colleagues, clients, and most importantly the clients’ customers
 
Intern Compensation:
