2022 Commercial Banking Winning Women Conference – Summer Analyst

What to Expect
 
 
Our Commercial Banking Winning Women Program offers juniors, who self-identify as female, a valuable introduction to a successful career in financial services, along with 2022 internship opportunities. The goal of this program is to prepare you to interview for our 2022 Commercial Banking Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries Summer Analyst Program! In order to do so, we will offer a variety of components to help set you up to succeed including education, mentorship, networking opportunities with senior leaders, and advice from our campus recruitment team.
 
 
Commercial Banking is focused on helping our clients succeed and making a positive difference in our communities. We provide credit and financing, treasury and payment services, international banking and real estate services to clients including corporations, municipalities, institutions, real estate investors and owners, and nonprofit organizations. As active members in our communities, we offer lending, equity, training and mentorship to help power diverse businesses, expand affordable housing, support vital institutions and advance the sustainable change that our communities need now more than ever. 
 
 
A successful summer internship experience at J.P. Morgan Chase can serve as a platform for a full-time analyst position at the firm following graduation. We are currently offering Summer Analyst internship opportunities in the following program and locations within the Commercial Bank.
 
Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries
 
 
 
The MMBSI Summer Analyst program will provide you with foundational skills in client management, credit structuring and product sales. You will work alongside seasoned professionals, building relationships and providing clients with access to our world-class banking solutions.

Who we are seeking 
If you're highly motivated and enjoy working in teams to come up with innovative solutions, this is the role for you. We welcome applicants from all majors who demonstrate the following: 
 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment
  • An interest in financial services
  • Strong initiative, energy and confidence
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
  • Graduating December 2022 - June 2023 from all majors
  • Preferred GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

To be considered to attend the Winning Women Program, you must complete the following steps:
 

  1. By January 21st – Click “apply” and submit your application for the Winning Women Program.
  2. Apply to the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries Summer Analyst Program using the link provided.
  3. If you meet the minimum criteria for the Summer Analyst Program application, you will receive an invitation to complete HireVue. You must complete your HireVue video by January 23rd to be considered for the Winning Women Program.
  • Note, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, we strongly encourage you to complete your HireVue video(s) within 1 week of receiving.
