2022 Diversity & Inclusion Summit (NY)
At FT Partners, our mission is to foster a community that encourages diversity of thought. We are committed to attracting and engaging a diverse population and supporting those who are historically underrepresented within the field of finance. To strengthen this mission, we are excited to host our inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Summit in Winter 2022.
The Summit will be held virtually on Thursday, February 17th and will provide a first-hand look at what it’s like to work at one of the most successful boutique investment banks on Wall Street. The event will include sessions on FT Partners and FinTech, Analyst and Associate panels, remarks from senior leadership, and networking. Those who attend will have the opportunity to be fast-tracked into the recruitment process for our 2023 Summer Analyst Program.

Requirements
- Women and/or students from historically underrepresented backgrounds within financial services
- Graduating with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Spring 2024 or Fall 2023
- Minimum 3.5 GPA
- 1400 SAT / 30 ACT strongly preferred
- U.S. work authorization required
- FT Partners will not sponsor applicants for work visas at application or in the future
