Administrative Assistant (Entry Level)

We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Buffalo, New York

This job is located in the United States, and only candidates eligible to work in the US for any employer will be considered.
This role is currently remote but expected to work from our office once Covid restrictions are lifted.

This role is to support the Office Operations in the activities listed below.

Responsibilities:


  • Support manager & consultants on day-to-day administrative duties (travel arrangements, expenses, meeting coordination, etc.)
  • Organize and update reports and presentations as directed by the manager.
  • Manage, track and control paper and electronic project documentation.
  • Input and track purchase orders, timesheets in appropriate company systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members.
  • Plan and organize events, such as team building activities and workshops.
 
Qualifications:

  • College diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Must be Tech Savvy
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and support multiple individuals.
  • Ability to take direction on project related responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environment.
