PURPOSE
 
 
Join a team of talented engineers to Design and Develop software for custom, precision automated equipment for Probe Card manufacturing, and integrate these into our Factory and design automation systems. Join us in the pursuit of improving our automation using technologies such as machine vision, advanced robotics and artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for both design and development software systems for high precision manufacturing tools, working individually and in teams. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Design and implement control software systems for automated assembly and inspection systems.
  • Work closely with mechanical and electrical design engineers to develop and deliver a reliable system
  • Integrate systems into production flow and manufacturing software systems
 
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • BS/M.S. Computer Science/Engineering degree required. 2+ years of experience
  • Experience with multi-tasking, multi-threaded systems and synchronization
  • Proficiency in C/C++, C# , and experienced with standard Windows, Unix development environment and tools
  • Experience with programming for electro-mechanical motion and data acquisition systems
  • Experience with Machine vision (Cognex VisionPro or OpenCV )
  • Proven experience with designing and building robust, scalable software systems.
  • Passion to create a high-quality software platform to support high availability and reliable systems.
  • Experience creating intuitive Ux design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Experience:

  • Experience and interest in robotics and Machine vision
  • Database programming a plus
